How do I use Uthentic as the login solution on my website?

Can I use Uthentic with React/Angular/Vue/etc?

Yes! Uthentic was built using vanilla javascript and is compatible with all javascript frameworks.

Do inactive users count against my user quota?

Your user quota is calculated as Monthly Active Users. Only users who access your website during any given calendar month count against your quota.

What happens if I go over my user quota?

Uthentic uses soft limits - we won't shut down your account or limit access by you or your users in any way just because you exceed a threshold of your plan. If it looks like your usage will continue to exceed the limits of your plan, we'll reach out to you and ask you to upgrade to the next tier.

What happens if my credit card is declined one month?

We are very flexible with billing. We won't just shut down your account because your credit card charge failed - we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

What happens if I go over my User Data Persistence quota?

Data is billed in 10KB chunks. If you go over your allotted quota, you'll be charged for additional storage and/or transfer used. See pricing in our documentation.

Can you handle an entriprise workload?

Uthentic was engineered to scale horizontally in shards. Each shard is hosted in isolation on dedicated hardware, and can support millions of users. If you have hundreds of thousands or millions of users, we have you covered! Reach out to us at help@uthentic.net and we can provision dedicated hardware for your organization within 2 business days.
